    Look at warranty inclusions and exclusions before making a request in order to avoid any surprise costs.

    Critical Issues include any issue that poses an immediate health/safety risk or risks major damage to the home. Examples include water leaks, inoperable locks on exterior doors, no hot water, no running water, no heat/AC, etc.

    Response-Resolution Time

    Response: ASAP Resolution: 24 hours or less*

    Non-Critical Issues include any issue that does not pose an immediate health or safety risk and/or that does not have a viable work-around solution. Examples include loose doorknob, squeaky hardwood floor, grout discoloration, flickering light etc.
